If he's selling them that cheap even unbroken there is usually something wrong with them either conformation or temperament, and usually temperament. If you don't have experience with horses its usually a bad idea to look at this type of horse. and although i know its a pain to save up that much money but if you get £2000/£5000 you know you will atleast be getting a decent horse with minimal vices.
